About me 👋

Hi, I'm Sam, I've spent the past couple of years creating sales processes within a $200M ARR unicorn, and prior building the executive teams of VC-backed startups.

I'm looking to continue building within an environment where I can learn to:

🔧 Bridge the technical to the value: I've engineered AI Agents & tool automations. I want to continue translating customer challenges into scalable, technical solutions.
🎥 Master communications: I've gathered buy-in from C-Suite, VPs and changed behaviours of field reps. I want to enhance my adaptability to my audience to create the outcome I want.
🎨 Design creatively with autonomy: I've built learning programs and designed visual assets for both internal teams & buyers. I want to build on my skills to drive visual impact.
Some of my key past projects
Sales Processes

Accelerated the GTM sales engine by building and improving sales processes.

Created a GTM-wide enterprise sales process to facilitate a move upmarket and transition to a multi-SKU offering.

Designed enablement materials, trainings and reporting frameworks to assess impact. Reduced average time to close by 12% and increased logo acquisition by 30% YoY.

AI Engineering

Managed the creation, configuration and global deployment of AI Voice Agents to increase the efficiency of inbound sales teams and the overall caller experience.

Built and deployed AI call scorecards across pre-sale teams to provide automated coaching feedback for reps to better align with best practices and to identify enablement gaps.

Product Enablement

Partnered with PM & PMM teams to build product courses tailored to each GTM team.

Designed and led live workshops across the release of new AI SKUs to equip teams with value positioning best practices and increase their attach rate.

Defined, structured and created a sales onboarding engine from scratch for pre-sale teams. Designed practical & theory activities, defined roles & responsibilities and key milestones.

Managed the onboarding of over 60+ newcomers with an average NPS score of 83%.

Built a monthly reporting mechanism to communicate impact to Sales LT.
